- We guarantee the quality and freshness of all our products within their best buy or expiration dates.
- If you are unsatisfied with your order after opening and using one of our products, we will refund or replace the product. Please note as our policy is intended to provide a complete guarantee of a trial purchase in order to evaluate our products, refund or replacement is limited to 1 unit of the product tried. Cases outside this policy are made on a case-by-case basis.
- Returns and replacements for unopened and unused products are allowable within 30 days of purchase. Postage for voluntary returns is your responsibility.
